A Word From the Chair
I am pleased to announce the launch phase I of the new-look ISACA Kenya website hosted at www.isacakenya.or.ke.

This site has been developed to comply with the new Chapter logo and ISACA's graphics standards that became effective on 1 January 2006.

I welcome all of you, members and non-members inside and outside East Africa, to visit the site regularly and to contribute articles relevant to IT Assurance, Governance and Information Security …and humor, of course!

As an introductory offer to corporates, we are offering free web hosting of regional job postings to those companies employing at least one ISACA member in their organization, provided details of such vacancies are forwarded to the webmaster in soft copy supported by the referring ISACA member.

Phase II of the development will provide interactive access and a members' only section. An archive of recent presentations from local events and annual calendar of events will be provided.

The annual purge of members will be completed by ISACA Hq before 10 April 2006. After this date, non-renewed members will no longer have member access to the ISACA website and will not receive any further issues of the Information Systems Control Journal. Until I encourage all non-renewed members to to renew online at www.isaca.org before the purge occurs.

You valued feedback on the feel and look of the site will be most welcome.
